ZP - Polarization calibration

AIPS User 2403

Cross-hand fringe-fitting to correct for IF-to-IF RL and LR phase variation.
Needs a strong calibrator scan with all the telecopes. Target is not bright
enough -we have to use 1055+018, with the EVN+Sh only.
