Welcome to my site

Here you will find information on a number of subjects, mostly on astronomy (especially my own work), but also on some historical topics.
Since I retired in 2013 my CV and list of publications have not changed much, although I am still associated with the Istituto di Radioastronomia (INAF) and have not entirely abandoned astronomical research.

I also have some other things to tell, of which I will give a list below. These are special arguments that may change at any moment. For the moment there are three topics:

• Political change in the Netherlands since 1922 (in Dutch)
• Music I remember (in Dutch)
• Pictures and some history (in Dutch or English)
